Pegasus Entertainment is looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Tour & Marketing Assistant to support upcoming live events and touring projects.

This is a part-time hybrid position ideal for someone interested in live entertainment, event production, marketing, and touring.

Schedule

Approximately 20 hours per week

4 days per week, approximately 5 hours per day

Wednesdays and Saturdays in person in Vancouver

2 additional days worked independently/remotely

Responsibilities include:

- Grassroots marketing and local event promotion
- Researching community groups, organizations, influencers, media, universities, and promotional opportunities in different tour markets
- Outreach and follow-up with promotional partners
- Assisting with venue and show coordination
- Updating tour trackers, ticket sales information, deadlines, and event details
- Travel, hotel, and transportation research
- Organizing tour documents and schedules
- Assisting with guest lists and show-related administration
- General administrative support for Pegasus Entertainment
- Other event and tour-related tasks as needed

We’re looking for someone who is:





- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable and strong with follow-up
- Comfortable researching and reaching out to recent people
- Resourceful and able to problem-solve independently
- Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, email, and social media
- Interested in live events, entertainment, marketing, or touring
- Available to work Saturdays
- Based in Vancouver and able to work in person twice per week

Previous event, marketing, entertainment, or administrative experience is an asset, but this is an assistant-level position and training will be provided. There may also be opportunities to assist with and travel on future tours.

Compensation: $22–$25 CAD/hour depending on experience
