The Avenue Realty Team is seeking a highly organized and proactive Transaction Coordinator to manage details, timelines, and processes that ensure successful real estate transactions. Working closely with agents, clients, lawyers, lenders, inspectors, and business partners, this role will oversee workflows, maintain accurate documentation, track deadlines, and ensure a seamless experience from contract acceptance through closing.

What We Offer:

Base Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 annually (depending on experience)

- Manage transactions from offer to closing, ensuring deadlines are met
- Maintain accurate files, contracts, and transaction records

- Improve workflows and support team efficiency

Qualifications:

- Experience in transaction coordination, administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple transactions, priorities, and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and cooperative approach
- Comfortable learning new technology, systems, and processes quickly
