Your Opportunity

Stantec is currently seeking a talented and dedicated Transportation Project

Manager to complement and grow our skilled Transportation Team in our Winnipeg,

Manitoba office. The opportunity could also be located in our Regina or

Saskatoon, Saskatchewan offices, supporting the broader regional team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can work in a team environment and wants to be involved in exciting local, regional, national and international projects. Reporting to the Traffic Engineering and Transportation Planning Team

Lead, you will assist in the pursuit of and be responsible for project management of transportation planning and traffic engineering projects. Chance provides for a hybrid work environment. In office presence is expected based on project needs, client meetings,



and team collaboration.

Your Key Responsibilities

As an integral member of the Transportation Team responsibilities will include:

Managing and coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams.

Preparing and managing project budgets, forecasts, work plans, and schedules.

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.

Consulting with agencies, stakeholders, Indigenous communities, and public.

Overseeing quality control of project deliverables.

Assist in staff development and mentoring of an established yet developing regional practice including mentorship of engineering and technical staff.

Proactively look for ways to improve project delivery, quality, and efficiency.

Supporting business development and proposal preparation.
