1. Job Summary

T’way Air is seeking a motivated and reliable Airport Operations Officer to join our Vancouver station team at Vancouver International Airport (YVR).

This position plays a key role in supporting daily passenger service, flight operations, and ground handling coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with airport authorities, ground handling partners, and internal teams to ensure safe and efficient airline operations.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Perform on-site operational duties at YVR Airport including check-in counter and

boarding gate support
- Coordinate and oversee ground handling, ramp, and cargo operations
- Monitor daily flight operations and assist in managing irregular operations (IROPs)
- Maintain effective communication with airport authorities, ground handling companies,

and operational partners
- Ensure compliance with airport regulations and airline operational procedures
- Support administrative and operational activities for the Vancouver station office
- Assist in resolving operational issues and passenger service matters during flight

operations 3. Qualifications

- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and statutory holidays, based on the flight schedule.

-Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute safely during late-night and early-morning hours.
- Should have no limitations that would prevent them from working overnight schedules or commuting during non-public transit hours

-Bachelor’s degree or higher -Must hold a valid Canadian work permit

-Fluent English communication skills

-Experience in airport operations, ground handling,



or airline station operations will be considered a robust asset

-3–4 years of airline or airport operations experience preferred

-Fluency in Korean will be considered an asset

-Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment

-Ability to handle time-sensitive situations and operational pressure

-Candidates with prior experience in airline station operations, airport ground handling, or aviation-related operational environments will be strongly preferred

4. Employment Conditions

- Location: Vancouver International Airport (YVR)
- Employment Type: Full-time position

- Probation Period: 3 months
- Salary: The base salary will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory
