Group is now actively searching for aUsed CarSales Managerto join the team at Bolton Toyota.

Pay Rate: $95,000-$145,000 Responsibilities:

- Lead the day-to-day operations of our Used VehicleSales Department and help keep the team focused, motivated and movingforward.
- Build a positive, high-performing culture where greateffort, teamwork and customer service are recognized.
- Help deliver an excellent buying experience andmaintain strong customer satisfaction results.
- Keep our used vehicle inventory fresh by sourcingquality vehicles, including opportunities from our busy service drive.
- Work alongside the sales team to structure deals thatmake sense for the customer and the dealership.
- Partner with the Service Manager to get vehiclesinspected, reconditioned, photographed and ready for the lot or deliverywithout unnecessary delays.
- Stay connected to incoming leads and used vehiclecustomers, helping ensure every opportunity receives the attention itdeserves.
- Keep the team informed and energized through regularmeetings,



coaching and open communication.
- Stay current on manufacturer programs, lender updates,promotions and changing market conditions—and make sure the team is readyto use them.
- Support the continued development of the team throughhands-on coaching, daily conversations and weekly training.
- Ensure all provincial licensing, dealership policiesand regulatory requirements are followed.
- Bring ideas, energy and a strong work ethic as wecontinue building Bolton Toyota into an equally solid destination forboth new and pre-owned vehicles.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership abilities - Strong Knowledge of CDK, 180, V-Auto, and AutoAlert - Proficient in overall computer skills with theability to adapt to a sophisticated CRM system.
