Vice President, Strategic Finance & Analytics Own the financial oversight and analytical framework for Sunrun's commission and incentive programs across all functions.
Partner with functional leaders and the People/Compensation teams to model the financial impact of plan design changes and quota-setting.
Develop reporting and analytics to provide visibility into commission expense trends, attainment distributions, and ROI of incentive spend.
Ensure commission accruals and forecasts are accurate and fully integrated into the broader FP&A; planning cycle.
