Your role includes collaborating with the Corporate Underwriting Specialist to improve processes and uphold best practices in underwriting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide underwriting operational support and coaching
• Collaborate with management on complex underwriting issues




• Negotiate and authorize risk acceptance and referrals
• Develop and execute training sessions for underwriting staff
• Monitor and improve reporting and underwriting standards

Requirements:
• 5-7 years of insurance experience
• Minimum of 5 years in personal lines auto underwriting
• Relevant four-year degree
• Strong technical knowledge of underwriting processes
• Ability to facilitate training effectively
