WebHealth Network Media is seeking an ambitious, outgoing, Client Manager to work with our Sales Operations team to grow our business in the Healthcare are Pharma industry.
The successful candidate will help expand existing clients, is enthusiastic and aggressive, and has experience in sales.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

Learn WebHealth Network Media's Inventory to understand competitive advantages

Assist in the delivery of client campaigns by creating delivery and performance reports in excel

Regularly engage with Clients to ensure successful ongoing client relationships

Lead regular client calls to ensure clients are happy or that any issues are dealt with in a timely manner

Develop revenue producing relationships with clients and agencies

Analyze client marketing goals and work with Directors and Operations to win the client

Close new client opportunities

Ability to work alone and as part of a team

Some travel necessary (monthly, to visit clients)

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 Years proven track record in a sales role

Knowledge of either digital marketing or media agency business is a definite asset

Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (DV360, Google Ads)

Excellent presentation skills

Excellent verbal and written skills

Hard-working, integrity, relationship-builder with a winning attitude and a hunger to win

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM tools
