Verlo is seeking an Implementation Manager in St. John's, NL to own the onboarding experience from signed agreement through successful launch.
You will work directly with advisory firms to understand their business, configure Verlo to fit workflows, coordinate data migrations and integrations, train end users, and set up customers for long-term success. You'll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to continually improve the onboarding process and documentation.
