The role will perform a variety of residential construction-related duties to support the delivery of project schedules. The Carpenter's Helper must have working knowledge of the residential construction industry and uphold the highest safety standards while on the job.Your contributions to the team:General carpentry such as framing, hoarding and other activities as assignedBuild or assist in back framing, stair forming and site amenitiesFabricate and install wooden components according to specificationsOperate hand and power toolsPractice workplace safety at all timePerform other duties as requiredWhat you need to be successful:Experience in wood frame residential constructionDemonstrated knowledge of all building techniques, building codes, and safety regulationsEstablished excellent interpersonal and communication skillsPhysical ability to work in all weather conditionsWhat we offer:Employees enjoy a wide range of benefits and competitive reward.
