Description

WELL Health – Hillside clinic puts patients and their family’s health first. We are committed to empowering patients with care that results in improved health outcomes. The clinic is situated in the Walmart located at the Hillside shopping centre with easy access and ample parking. It is a multi‑disciplinary and multi‑physician clinic with a collegiate atmosphere and a practitioner focused MOA support team. We also provide virtual and telehealth options.

Responsibilities

- Provide full‑scope family practice, either full‑time or part‑time.
- Possibly manage a small walk‑in component.
- Work with the WELL Health team to facilitate a smooth transition of your practice.
- Create and manage your own schedule with flexible schedule.

Practice Details

- Up to two shared exam rooms during shifts; clinic has 18 exam rooms and private office space, 3 physician offices.
- Shared office space.
- OSCAR EMR system.

Hours & On‑Call

The clinic opens from 8:30 am Monday to Friday. The new practitioner will work out a schedule with the clinic.



No strict policy around time off; clinic hours may change based on practitioner availability. On‑call arrangement to be discussed.

Financials

Overhead Agreement: Monthly (PCN) for Nurse Practitioners. Financial agreement coordinated with the Director of Recruitment.
