In this permanent position, you will report to the Maintenance Operations Manager. You will collaborate with multiple departments to forecast maintenance needs, manage budgets, and ensure optimal scheduling. This role is crucial for minimizing operational impact while supporting a growing fleet across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop long-term maintenance planning projections
• Coordinate procurement of parts and tooling
• Build schedules and work packages for maintenance tasks




• Manage budgets and job costing for planning activities
• Ensure timely completion of scheduled maintenance tasks

Requirements:
• College or technical diploma in Aviation/Aircraft Maintenance preferred
• Minimum 4 years of Aircraft Maintenance experience
• Previous maintenance planning experience is beneficial
• Proficient with MS Office and tracking systems
• Robust organizational and prioritization skills
