Key Responsibilities

Build and manage strong client relationships, earning trust through consistent, high-quality service.

Develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and market insights.

Partner with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

Expand your professional network while representing MatchBox with credibility and expertise.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience, ideally from sectors such as construction, energy, engineering,



industrial services, accounting & finance, or qualified services or a fast-paced, results oriented b2b sales environment. Experience in recruitment is nice to have but not required.

Demonstrated drive, accountability, and professionalism - balanced with creativity and transparency.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Post-secondary education in business, human resources, engineering, commerce, or a related field.

Compensation
$90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
