Harvard is seeking an experienced HSE Administrator to enhance its Health, Safety & Environment team. You will lead HSE inspections, investigate incidents, and work closely with procurement to evaluate contractors. The role demands effective communication and a proactive approach to safety management in diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular HSE site inspections and compliance audits
• Investigate incidents and coordinate corrective actions
• Work with procurement to audit and assess contractors
• Participate in OHS Committee and safety meetings
• Assist with HSE training and onboarding for staff

Requirements:
• NCSO certification or equivalent preferred
• 3-5 years of safety management experience
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of safety legislation and software
