As a Clinical Safety Leader, you will collaborate with clinical teams, physicians, and leaders to address critical patient safety issues. Your role will involve implementing patient safety programs, using systems thinking, and fostering Just Culture principles. Together, we will build a safer healthcare environment that encourages open dialogue and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze patient safety data and identify trends
• Support Clinical Quality Assurance Committees in their reviews
• Develop and deliver patient safety education
• Collaborate on safety communications and initiatives
• Foster psychologically secure environments for discussing safety concerns
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in nursing or allied health
• Minimum 5 years in complex healthcare environments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with system-wide safety initiatives
• Master’s degree and QHI certification preferred
