Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize daily business activities across our locations. This pivotal role involves overseeing store operations, managing teams, and ensuring exceptional customer service while driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating an engaging shopping environment. As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence, implementing strategic initiatives, and fostering a positive team culture that aligns with our company values.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance to ensure high levels of team engagement and productivity

Oversee daily store operations such as merchandising, inventory management, purchasing, and cash handling to ensure smooth functioning

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while enhancing customer satisfaction through excellent service

Manage payroll, budgeting, and financial recordkeeping with accuracy and attention to detail

Coordinate marketing efforts and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements across all store functions

Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals,



provide feedback, and foster a collaborative work environment

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or store supervision with strong leadership capabilities

Excellent communication skills in both bilingual (multilingual) contexts; proficiency in additional languages is a plus

Demonstrated expertise in sales management, merchandising, pricing strategies, and customer service excellence

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Experience with POS systems, cashiering procedures, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks

Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, training & development processes to build high-performing teams

Skilled in negotiation, purchasing decisions, budgeting, and financial analysis (math skills essential)

Exceptional time management abilities coupled with phone etiquette and professional interpersonal skills

Supervising experience in retail sales environments with a focus on leadership development and team management

Pay: $51,918.96-$105,632.96 per year
