Shape future psychiatric nurses at Stenberg College as a Clinical Nursing Instructor in British Columbia. This part time role focuses on mentorship in medical/surgical settings.
We are seeking organized Registered Nurses (RNs) with a passion for teaching. Our Clinical Instructional Faculty will assist students during their clinical practice experiences while ensuring regulatory supervision. You will utilize your expertise to foster student growth and learning in a supportive environment, with access to guidance from our Clinical Practice Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide mentorship during students' clinical practice
• Ensure regulatory supervision in a medical/surgical environment
• Support students with patient care in practice settings
• Collaborate with faculty to enhance instructional quality
• Facilitate learning through direct engagement with students
Requirements:
• Active practicing RN registration in good standing
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Three years of nursing experience post-BSN
• Minimum 140 hours of recent acute care experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Teams
