Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, you'll coordinate various people programs, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards while fostering a culture of belonging. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in health and safety within a full-service industry or the public sector, along with a degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement community engagement programs
• Coordinate recruitment processes from posting to offers
• Facilitate activities of the Joint Health and Safety Committee




• Conduct annual safety program audits and training
• Track safety certifications and ensure compliance

Requirements:
• Minimum three years of related experience
• Degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field
• CHRP/CHRL or CRSP designation is preferred
• Strong communication skills for training facilitation
• Satisfactory Driver’s Abstract and Criminal Background Check
