The job involves: Providing remarkable service, by recognizing and anticipating guest’s needs
Taking and serving guest beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner
Setting up bars with juices, garnishes, mats and glassware
Stocking and wiping down bars, emptying garbage, cleaning floors and refrigerators, and washing glassware
Working safely and in compliance with OH&S; policies and legislation
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Lifting up to 30–50 lbs; pushing and pulling weight up to 60 lbs repetitively throughout your shift
Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels
Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation
The ideal candidate has: Minimum 6 months’ experience in a high-volume customer service role
Excellent guest service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Smart Serve certification
The ability to successfully pass physical preplacement assessment
