AVIRE seeks a Production Supervisor to lead daily execution in our Sussex, WI plant. You will translate the production plan into actionable priorities for Assemblers, monitor key metrics, and collaborate with Logistics, Quality, and Engineering to resolve issues and maintain on-time, in-full delivery.
You’ll coach and develop production staff, uphold 6S and standard work, and drive continuous improvement through ERP-driven workflows and cross-functional support.
