Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise PSWs and HSWs to ensure compliant practices
• Resolve concerns from staff, patients, and families




• Initiate and document patient safety investigations
• Support clinical documentation as required
• Engage patients in identifying health care needs

Requirements:
• Current RPN or RN registration in Ontario
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience
• Knowledge of clinical documentation standards
• Proven team leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
