Responsibilities:
1.Product Strategy & Development

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities

Support the development and launch of current retail banking products (e.g., deposits, FX, GIC, crossborder services)

Define product positioning, features, and value propositions aligned with business objectives.

Product Lifecycle Management

Manage and optimize existing product portfolio, including performance monitoring and enhancements.

Identify opportunities for product integration, simplification, and customer experience improvement.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product competitiveness and compliance.

3.Head Office & Stakeholder Coordination

Act as a key liaison between Head Office and local teams for product initiatives.

Support localization and implementation of Head Office product strategies.

Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including IT, Operations, Compliance, and Front Office.

4.Project Delivery & Implementation

Translate business requirements into functional specifications for system and digital banking enhancements

Work closely with other teams to support product delivery and ensure timely implementation.

Monitor project progress and support issue resolution during product rollout.

Qualifications:

Undergraduate or above in Finance, Business, Economics or related fields.





2 – 4 years of experience in banking product management, product development, or related roles. Candidates with less experience will be considered for a junior position.

Solid understanding of retail banking products.

Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and driving project delivery.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.

Experience working with digital banking platforms or system-related projects is an asset.

Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is considered an asset.
