Reporting to the Site HR Supervisor, the HR Advisor supports leaders in operational objectives. With a minimum of four years of HR experience, specifically in employee relations and recruitment, you will provide key guidance on policies and better practices. Your proactive support will help foster engagement and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a primary point of contact for HR inquiries
• Support employee relations through conflict resolution
• Generate and analyze HR metrics for decision-making
• Lead recruitment processes from posting to offers
• Provide coaching to managers on performance issues

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 4 years’ HR experience
• Strong knowledge of employment laws
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office
