Requirements:
• 2+ years of mechanical estimating experience
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction/engineering
• Knowledge of ASHRAE Standards and BC Building Code
• Proficiency in BlueBeam, Procore, and Microsoft Office 365
• Strong emotional intelligence and stress management skills
