What a day at EXP has in store for you Partnering with clients to understand needs and deliver practical, value‑driven solutions
Leading and shaping scopes of work for public and private clients on small to large scale infrastructure projects
Managing and Executing hydrogeological studies, including: o Groundwater resource development
o Groundwater Characterization Studies, including chemistry analysis and interpretations
o Studies to support septic applications, including LSSDS
o Construction dewatering programs
o Pump test design, analysis, and interpretation
o Municipal Sewer discharge studies, reports and permits
o MECP Permits (dewatering, ECAs)
Project management and coordination of site investigation and compliance programs
Coordinating and supervising field programs
Reviewing and guiding the technical work of junior and intermediate staff
Preparing and reviewing high quality technical reports
Supporting proposal development and contributing to business growth
What your experience looks like University degree in Hydrogeology, Geology, or a related discipline (Master’s degree is an asset)
Minimum 3 years of experience in physical hydrogeology
Strong field based experience in groundwater supply, hydrogeological investigations, and assessments
Professional designation in Ontario (P.Geo. or P.Eng.) is an asset
Experience with GIS/CAD programs and groundwater modelling is an asset
Proven success developing client relationships and contributing to winning proposals
Hands on experience working with MECP, municipalities, and Conservation Authorities
Ability to manage multidisciplinary projects from planning through delivery
Strong business acumen and a practical, solution focused mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
Experience leading, mentoring, and developing junior staff
Comfortable operating in a high demand, fast paced environment

The salary range for this role is between $65K - $85K. The actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
