As a key leader at the Sunshine Mountain Lodge, you will assist the Hotel Operations Manager with daily operations and guest satisfaction initiatives. This dynamic position encompasses supervising Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Hotel Maintenance teams while promoting the Resort's guest service philosophy. You’ll manage records, scheduling, and performance reviews, creating a memorable atmosphere for both guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily hotel operations in absence of the Manager
• Oversee and promote exceptional guest service standards




• Manage departmental scheduling to align with business needs
• Ensure accurate guest account processing and record management
• Collaborate with HR and maintenance for operational needs

Requirements:
• 2-3 years in a hotel leadership role, front desk experience preferred
• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management preferred
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft and PMS systems, Maestro preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work seasonally, including weekends and nights
