A Sr. Associate at 64stories will be a versatile team member who thrives in a dynamic workplace while supporting internal operations and client success. You'll work directly with our CEO/Founder to manage content coordination, client preparation, and executive support. You'll coordinate workflows within ClickUp, create engaging content across multiple formats, and serve as a key liaison between creative teams while maintaining the executive calendar.

Strong written and verbal communication with talent for creating clear, engaging content across formats
Exceptional organizational skills with experience in ClickUp and complex workflow coordination
Proficient in content scheduling and social media management aligned to business objectives
Detail-oriented calendar management and executive support
Analytical mindset for account reporting and performance tracking
Experience 4+ years of agency experience in content, marketing, or client services
Demonstrated experience in content coordination and workflow management
Background in account management or client support with senior leadership
Experience creating and managing content across multiple channels
