Own Coinkite's production flow: BOMs, component pricing, suppliers, contract manufacturers, shipping logistics, and the details that keep hardware products moving from build plan to shipped inventory.

What you'll do

Maintain BOMs, component costing, vendor quotes, and supplier records across multiple hardware projects.

Manage suppliers, distributors, contract manufacturers, purchase orders, lead times, and production schedules.

Track component availability, shortages, delays, samples, packaging, freight, customs, and inventory handoff.

Keep founders and engineering up to date with explicit status, risks, tradeoffs, and next actions.

Catch small production and logistics issues before they become expensive delays.

Help move prototypes and production runs from messy real-world inputs to shipped product.

What we’re looking for

Detail-oriented operator with 5+ years in production, operations, supply chain, hardware manufacturing, or a similar role.

Experience with BOM management and pricing of major components across multiple projects.

Experience working with overseas suppliers or manufacturers, ideally in China, Southeast Asia, or similar manufacturing regions.

Consumer electronics or custom electronics background.





Comfortable coordinating shipping logistics, including event shipments and receiving goods from around the world.

Comfortable working from home with no office, while overlapping with Toronto business hours and overseas supplier time zones.

Likes spreadsheets, schedules, vendor follow-ups, shipping details, and making sure physical products arrive when expected.
