As a Dispatch Analyst, you will provide analytical, reporting, and operational support for Irving Energy Home Heat through data analysis, business reporting, and tank monitor asset management. Your goal will be to deliver accurate insights, maintain reliable operational data, and support effective business decision-making. Your success will be measured by your ability to provide timely reporting, identify opportunities for improvement, maintain accurate system and asset information, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and service excellence.
Kindly note that this is an 18-month fixed term position.

Your Responsibilities: Maintain accurate configuration, tracking and maintenance records for tank monitors within internal systems, ensuring equipment information is up to date and properly tracked
Manage the setup, transfer, recovery, and inventory of tank monitors to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
Ensure accurate and timely system updates for newly installed tank monitors, including customer, location, and equipment information




Coordinate warranty repairs and refurbishment activities to maximize equipment availability and support cost-effective operations
Track inventory levels across locations to minimize installation delays and reduce emergency purchasing costs.
Gather and analyze information from multiple systems and departments to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to support business objectives
Participate in system upgrades and enhancements by testing new functionality, validating results, and providing feedback prior to implementation
Collaborate with schedulers, managers, and cross-functional teams to provide operational insights, reporting, and assistance for new initiatives and service-related projects
Perform additional duties and analysis as required to support departmental objectives and continuous improvement initiatives
Your Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis and Power BI / Power Query
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Your Experience: Post secondary education or equivalent experience in Business or related field
1-3 years experience in a similar role
Experience working with data, reporting, and multiple business systems is preferred
The expected salary range for this position is $54,380 - $67,975. Placement within range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
