Role Description This is a full-time Project Manager role based in Toronto, ON, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows a combination of on-site and work-from-home days. The Project Manager will lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects for the Sodales platform, coordinating timelines, scope, resources, and budgets with internal teams and client stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include defining project plans, managing progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring deliverables meet quality and compliance standards. The role will work closely with product, engineering, customer success, and implementation teams to clarify requirements, manage change requests,



and support user acceptance testing and go-live activities. The Project Manager will also facilitate status meetings, prepare project documentation and reports, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery practices.
Qualifications Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
Experience working as an Expeditor or in Expediting functions to track and drive timely completion of project tasks and deliverables.
Background in Inspection or quality oversight to ensure project outputs meet business, technical, and compliance requirements.
Knowledge of Logistics Management or related coordination activities, especially in complex, multi-stakeholder or multi-system environments.
Proven experience managing technology or SaaS implementation projects; familiarity with HR, health & safety, or labor relations solutions is an asset.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and client-facing settings.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering on time and within scope in a fast-moving setting.
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches); relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) are an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
