As the Bilingual Manager, People and Clinical Performance, you will ensure exceptional care delivery through guidance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership aligned with KHP values and performance indicators
• Assess and enhance team skills to meet clinical standards
• Perform individual and group supervisions and annual reviews




• Develop performance improvement plans as needed
• Ensure collaboration and effective communication with HR and clinical teams

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting
• Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and French
• Strong organizational skills and strategic thinking capacity
