Elevate your CNC skills with a leading manufacturing company. We're seeking experienced Machinists to set up and operate precision equipment, ensuring high-quality mold components.

As a CNC Machinist, you will play a vital role in our expanding team. Your expertise will be crucial in setting up multiple precision steel manufacturing machines, including CNC lathes and milling machines, while adhering to stringent quality standards. You'll also collaborate closely with Engineering and Production teams on process improvements and new product introductions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and run CNC lathes, milling, and grinding machines
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and procedures
• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T; for quality assurance




• Inspect parts using precision instruments and CMMs
• Mentor and guide junior technicians for team growth

Requirements:
• Over 6 years of CNC Machining experience required
• Proficient in interpreting complex CAD drawings and GD&T;
• Solid understanding of health and safety workplace practices
• Experience with Siemens, Fanuc, and Okuma controllers
• Must work rotating shifts and lift 20lbs independently
