As the leader of the Structural Engineering practice, you will oversee all facets of operations and ensure that high-quality standards are met in service delivery.

Your responsibilities include developing business strategies and maintaining strong client relations to foster repeat business. A Bachelor's degree in engineering and a minimum of ten years in a relevant field are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the structural practice's financial performance
- Conduct staff evaluations and training sessions
- Certify reports and proposals for accuracy
- Build annual growth strategies and budgets
- Quickly resolve client issues Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Valid P.Eng. designation required
- 10+ years of relevant engineering experience
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian building codes
