What You'll Do As a Vehicle Advisor, you'll guide guests through every step of their vehicle purchasing journey while delivering a transparent, professional, and enjoyable buying experience.

Responsibilities include

- Delivering an exceptional guest experience from first contact through vehicle delivery - Building trust by understanding each guest's needs, lifestyle, and budget - Conducting vehicle presentations, product demonstrations, and test drives that educate and inspire confidence - Guiding guests through vehicle options, financing pathways, trade-in opportunities, and ownership solutions with integrity - Managing customer relationships, follow-up activities, and sales opportunities using CRM and digital sales tools - Representing the ReCar brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a customer-first approach - Supporting vehicle merchandising by maintaining an organized, attractive showroom and vehicle display area - Contributing to dealership marketing initiatives, including social media and personal brand development - Participating in ongoing sales training, coaching,



and professional development - Working collaboratively with leadership and teammates to achieve individual and dealership performance goals What We're Looking For - A positive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Self-motivated with a desire to achieve personal and team performance goalsCoachable with a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement - Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and digital communication tools - Professional appearance with excellent organizational skills - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but we are happy to train the right individual with the right attitude and desire to succeed.
