*About CAPCRETE*CAPCRETE Group is a growing specialty contractor providing concrete restoration, structural rehabilitation, waterproofing, slab lifting, and specialty construction services throughout Ontario.We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team.*Concrete construction or concrete restoration experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

- Manage projects from award to completion.
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
- Conduct site visits and ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Coordinate RFIs, change orders, submittals, and project documentation.
- Build and maintain robust client and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

Required





- Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience in concrete construction.
- Experience managing commercial, industrial, institutional, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of concrete repair, waterproofing, and structural rehabilitation.
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver's License.

Assets

- Civil Engineering or Construction Management background.
- Gold Seal or PMP Certification.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Procore, or Bluebeam.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
