You will oversee strategy, attract clients, manage P&L;, and lead a hybrid team. This role requires hands-on technical involvement, ensuring revenue generation and project oversight across diverse mining disciplines. Key Responsibilities:

- Win current clients and develop a robust pipeline
- Manage Canadian operation P&L; effectively
- Stay technically engaged while generating consulting revenue
- Lead a hybrid team of consultants and subcontractors
- Represent the firm and align with the Global Board

Requirements:

- 15+ years of Canadian mining experience
- Senior leadership and consulting/advisory background
- Proven track record in business development
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
- P.Eng. or P.Geo registration required
