In this pivotal senior leadership role, you will drive the strategic direction of the Mental Health and Addictions Centre of Excellence.

Your expertise will guide the integration of quality services across diverse communities, ensuring that local needs inform provincial strategies. Engage with local leaders, communities, and providers to create sustainable, evidence-informed solutions. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement provincial strategies for mental health integration
- Collaborate with regional leaders for community-centric solutions




- Mobilize partners across healthcare and social services
- Ensure operational excellence and financial accountability
- Inspire multidisciplinary teams to exceed performance goals

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in relevant health-related field
- Over 10 years in senior healthcare leadership
- Proven experience in health-system strategy and transformation
- Deep understanding of Ontario's healthcare landscape
- Strong team-oriented skills with diverse stakeholders
