About the Role Tayco is a modern office furniture manufacturer focused on delivering the ultimate customer experience and is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Maintenance Team as an Industrial Millwright. The Industrial Millwright will have the opportunity to analyze and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions in equipment, diagnose and correct problems in a timely manner to avoid production delays. The successful candidate will perform scheduled preventative maintenance on assigned machinery, equipment, and structures, and will be required to modify and fabricate equipment to fit new production requirements. Responsibilities and Qualifications Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A) certification is required. Minimum five (5) years of experience in a similar manufacturing maintenance role, preferably in wood or metal manufacturing. Experience in industrial maintenance and/or repairs in machining and/or equipment operations. Good English communication skills; able to understand verbal and written instructions, document work, train others, problem solve in teams, learn new processes, and participate in weekly team meetings in English.



Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and mathematical skills. Knowledgeable of manufacturing processes including CNC, Brake Press, Welding, and assembly fixtures. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Detail-oriented, able to detect errors that could cause service disruptions, equipment damage, or financial or prestige loss. Knowledgeable of mandatory safety and environmental practices; knowledgeable of WHMIS,OSHA, and applicable laws and codes. Physical ability to lift materials up to 50 pounds and manipulate items in awkward positions. Advantages Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Pay Rate: $44.18/hour with additional $1.60/hour shift premium.
