Lead the Indian Residential School & Survivors Secretariat Project as a Program Coordinator with One Arrow First Nation. Ensure day-to-day operations honor Survivor engagement and cultural integrity.

One Arrow First Nation is looking for a full-time Program Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience and a University Diploma. The role involves coordinating daily administration and activities while supporting community engagement and ensuring project milestones are met. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding cultural values and fostering positive relationships within the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily administration of the project
• Coordinate staff and contractors effectively
• Support community engagement initiatives
• Assist with reporting and documentation requirements
• Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:
• University Diploma required
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to truth and reconciliation principles
• Cultural humility and skilled demeanor
