Join Dakota Dunes Resort as an Assistant Controller, focusing on financial management across multiple operations. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting and effective financial practices.

In this role, you will report to the Director of Finance, supporting accounting functions, financial insights, and operational analysis. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial statements, coordinating month-end closing, and monitoring financial performance indicators across the resort's hotel, golf, spa, retail, and food & beverage sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in monthly and annual financial statement preparation
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
• Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights
• Support budgeting,



forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Monitor key financial performance indicators across operations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience
• Supervisory or team leadership experience required
• Experience in hospitality or service industries preferred
• Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
