Brendonn Holdings Ltd (BHL) is a trucking company providing Petro-Canada fuel and lubricants to customers in agriculture and construction with multiple locations throughout the trade region stretching from midwest Manitoba to southcentral Saskatchewan. In operation since 1982, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and safety.

About the Role
The Manager will be based out of the Weyburn office. We are looking for a dynamic person who will fit well within our organization and is able to help our business grow in a positive way. There is potential for advancement in this role. The ideal candidate will have valuable organizational and communication skills, a positive and friendly outlook and the ability to work in a collaborative manner.

Making sure the duties fit the candidates strengths,



we will work with the Controller, Operations Manager and Health and Safety Manager to find a mix of duties that best suit the candidate and the company. Duties may be a mix of:

managing the daily tasks of truck drivers and office staff

inventory management

executing fleet safety and maintenance

sales

accounts receivable

facilitate efficient operations

Requirements and Training
Prior experience or education in management, sales and a Class 3A drivers license will be considered an asset but are not necessary. Job specific training and certifications (WHMIS, TDG) will be provided. All training will be done in house and in a team environment.
