Are you a relationship-builder with deep connections in the British Columbia construction market? VECTOR Restoration, a Structural Group Company, is seeking a Business Development Manager to help expand our presence throughout Vancouver and the greater British Columbia region. This is an opportunity to join an industry leader specializing in concrete repair, structural strengthening, historic restoration, waterproofing, facade rehabilitation, and building envelope solutions. In this highly visible role, you'll work directly with building owners, engineers, architects, property managers, and general contractors to develop opportunities across commercial, healthcare, higher education, mixed-use, and technology markets.
What You'll Do Develop and grow relationships with owners, engineers, architects, and contractors throughout the British Columbia region
Identify and pursue new project opportunities in commercial construction and restoration markets
Lead sales presentations, lunch-and-learns,
industry events, and networking initiatives
Collaborate with operations and technical teams to develop innovative solutions for complex structural challenges
Manage the sales process from opportunity identification through project award
Drive revenue growth while expanding VECTOR Restoration's market presence
What We’re Looking For 5+ years of business development or sales experience within the commercial construction industry
Strong network throughout the British Columbia construction market
Experience calling on owners, engineers, architects, property managers, and general contractors
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Experience utilizing CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
Construction, restoration, or specialty contracting experience is highly preferred

Vancouver-based with travel throughout the British Columbia region (70-80%)
We anticipate end of year total compensation including base, bonuses, and vehicle package in the range of $156k-176k based off education, experience, and performance.
