Lead major fundraising initiatives with the OSMH Foundation as the Director of Major Gifts. Cultivate and manage relationships with key donors while overseeing impactful campaigns.

As the Director of Major Gifts reporting to the CEO, you will spearhead fundraising and campaign activities. Your role will encompass managing a portfolio of 100-125 donors and prospects, leading a dedicated team, and overseeing the execution of capital campaigns. Strong skills in strategic planning and prospect management are essential for this leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee major gifts fundraising and campaigns
• Manage donor relationships and cultivate new prospects
• Develop campaign plans with clear fundraising targets




• Produce materials for donor cultivation and stewardship
• Supervise two full time positions in the Major Gifts team

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience
• Related experience in health care preferred
• CFRE designation considered an asset
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills
