In this role, you will be a vital part of the Health & Safety team, reporting to the Senior Director and collaborating with the Regional Manager. Aimed at maintaining H&S; initiatives across Hydro, Wind, and Solar facilities, your responsibilities encompass risk assessments, employee training, and incident management. You will contribute to a culture of prevention and accountability within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement the Innergex Health & Safety Management System
• Conduct site safety risk assessments and observations




• Provide guidance on occupational H&S; compliance
• Organize safety training sessions for staff
• Track and report statistical data for H&S; initiatives

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in a related role
• Bachelor’s Degree in Health & Safety or related field
• Familiarity with EHS laws and regulations
• Solid administrative and organizational skills
• Valid class 5 driver's license
