Every member of our fulfillment team plays a critical role in helping our clients achieve homeownership.What You'll Be DoingAs a Senior Fulfillment Officer, you'll be responsible for managing mortgage files from approval through funding while supporting our brokers and delivering an exceptional client experience.Your responsibilities will include:Reviewing mortgage applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completenessCollecting and analyzing income, down payment and financial documentsPreparing and submitting files to lendersManaging lender conditions and obtaining outstanding documentationOrdering appraisals and coordinating with third-party service providersCommunicating with clients, brokers, lenders,
