Lead strategic people initiatives with IREN as the Director of People Relations. This full-time, hybrid role based in Vancouver requires expertise in employee relations and business enablement.

As part of the People & Culture department, you will report to the VP - People, Culture & Community. Your responsibilities include providing guidance on workforce planning, employee engagement, and overseeing complex employee relations issues. You will lead a team dedicated to developing impactful human resource strategies across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with executives on people strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution




• Support workforce planning and organizational design initiatives
• Develop leadership capability and enhance employee engagement
• Collaborate with legal and compliance for risk management

Requirements:
• Over 15 years in HR with employee relations experience
• Proven leadership in large, geographically dispersed organizations
• Knowledge of employment legislation across jurisdictions
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions
• Relevant skilled HR designation required
