The Food Bank Coordinator is crucial to maintaining the mission of The Salvation Army and ensuring that community members receive essential food support. This position requires strong skills in utilizing Link2Feed software, maintaining confidentiality, and managing volunteer relationships. You will oversee food donations and ensure all operations align with TSA’s core values of stewardship and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and process food donations per TSA standards
• Conduct honest and empathetic food hamper intakes




• Maintain records for donations and inventory
• Guide volunteers in maintaining Foodbank Standards
• Assist in preparing daily community meals

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Foodsafe 1 certification beneficial
• Experience in warehouse or non-profit environments preferred
• Solid customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift over 30 pounds
