Candidates will have to ensure that work orders, logs and other documentation are complete, accurate and submitted as per policy.

They’re also appointed to provide technical support to implement and monitor approved projects.

They’re appointed to manage maintenance and support contracts with external contractors.

They’ll have to keep abreast of new technologies, maintenance, and management practices through job-related training.

Candidates will also have to ensure,



through succession planning and training, the continuing development of competent staff.

Job requirement

Candidates must attain a high school diploma or provincial equivalent.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of concurrent and recent experience coaching, mentoring and supervising employees or contractors within an industrial maintenance setting.

They must have experience with CMMS asset management systems.

Candidates must attain experience within industries heavily dependent on rotating equipment or conveyor systems to move materials or packages.

Work setting

A post-secondary degree or diploma is also required to be eligible for this post.
