Your role includes overseeing physiotherapy services, conducting assessments, and developing tailored treatment plans. Take charge of educating staff and residents while co-chairing safety committees to enhance care effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver physiotherapy services to seniors in long-term care
• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans




• Lead and supervise the physiotherapy team’s effectiveness
• Educate staff and residents on falls management and safe handling
• Co-chair Falls Prevention and Safe Resident Handling committees

Requirements:
• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy
• Valid Physiotherapy License in Nova Scotia
• Experience in geriatrics or long-term care
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
