Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incident notifications and documentation
• Conduct worker orientations and training sessions
• Validate safety equipment and worker competency
• Perform regular site inspections and address HSE issues
• Develop HSE reports and safe work procedures

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HSE experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a good abstract
• NCSO certification is preferred
